Travel & Booking Policy

Service Area

In-person personal styling services are available for clients located within a 75-mile radius of Jefferson City, Missouri. Travel within this area is included and designed to provide a seamless, high-touch experience from start to finish.

Extended Travel (Outside 75 Miles)

For clients located beyond the 75-mile service radius, travel is thoughtfully coordinated and billed to reflect the additional time and logistics required.

Extended travel is charged at:

  • $50 round-trip per in-person session beyond 75 miles but under 120 miles

Distance is calculated from Jefferson City, Missouri using standard GPS mapping.

Additional Travel Considerations

For locations significantly outside the service area (120 miles or more), a custom travel arrangement may be required. This can include:

  • Hotel accommodations (if overnight stay is necessary)

  • Air travel (for out-of-state clients)

  • Ground transportation

All applicable travel costs will be clearly outlined and approved prior to booking.

Travel Time (Long-Distance Clients Only)

For appointments requiring substantial travel time (typically locations well beyond the 120-mile radius), a travel day rate may be applied. This ensures the same level of preparation, presence, and attention to detail that every client receives—regardless of location. Any such fees will always be discussed in advance and agreed upon before services are confirmed.

Booking & Confirmation

All travel fees are:

  • Calculated in advance based on communication with client in Initial Visit

  • Presented clearly in the contract

  • Approved prior to securing your booking

  • Submitted in a separate invoice from the styling package invoice to keep expenses clearly broken out

A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm all in-person styling services.

Regardless of your styling package selection, the level of care, discretion, and detail remains consistent. These policies are in place to protect your experience—ensuring that every in-person service is delivered with intention, professionalism, and ease.
